Dorado (Salminus Maxillosus) is highly valued by anglers for its superb fighting spirit. Its habitat is the Paraná and Uruguay Rivers, basing to the River Plate, and their tributaries, down to where the River Plate joins the Atlantic Ocean.
Our fishing areas are located in Entre Ríos and Corrientes provinces. The fishing methods are spinning, trolling and fly cast.

Sharks?
Amid the picturesque Villa Gesell and the beautiful city of Mar del Plata is the Querandí Lighthouse. A wild, windy area with a deep sea a few meters from the shore, which is known as "the shark territory".
Wait! wait for the reel to buzz and you´ll start an unforgettable battle. The shark will pull hundreds of line meters and heads out to sea. At this moment, a double pull has to be done so that the hook gets stuck in the hard mouth of the fish. When the latter feels the prick, the show starts: the shark may fiercely fight for hours until it gets totally exhausted before he gives up his freedom.
